A good entertainment space for casual gatherings will understand how people naturally interact. You can arrange a space so it encourages communication and collaboration when preparing a meal, cooking, drinking, chatting... Built in bench seating or corner seating can put people in a naturally conversational setting.

Everyone celebrates in different ways, so it’s all about creating unique spaces. Some people will want to celebrate intimately with family, while others will want a party with lots of friends and a space where they can either chill out or dance the night away.

Understanding how clients spend time allows me to create spaces where they can celebrate in their own individual way. I love the challenge of creating flexible spaces which can host different types of events – from intimate dinners to lively parties – each with the perfect ambiance.

“It’s fulfilling when we reconnect with clients after they’ve enjoyed their spaces. I love hearing about their celebrations and the memories they’ve created. These stories bring life to the spaces and showcase how design can foster lasting joy.”

Kamila Oszywa, Part 2 Architectural Assistant

“When it comes to celebrating, it’s all about what the client wants to hide and what they want to show off – so you might have lots of discrete storage, or a full bar on show.”

Lisa Harrison, Office Manager

“Spaces for celebrating need to be welcoming, an inviting space where people can make themselves at home.”
